My complaint:
They committed fraud by blocking access to my account and asked me to verify my ID four times and submit an email to them with a selfie holding my drivers license and the front and back of my drivers license by email in an attempt to steal the deposit in my account and hold me hostage.
Suggested solution:
Unblock my account and give me access to my funds.
