My complaint:

I filed a dispute with Green Dot Bank on July 21st,2021 my account was compromised and all of my money was taken off. I spoke with representative on July 23rd they indicated I need to email my drivers license and a copy of a utility bill and I did so. Not to mention they did not close my account after making dispute and I told them I had a direct deposit that will hit my account on July 22nd. They didn’t close my account and whoever took my money they was able to get my deposit. Whomever took my money was also able to change my email and phone on my account so I couldn’t be ed that my money was being taken. Today August 5th ,2021 I called to check on my dispute I was told that they couldn’t read the documents and that I need to resend and then I would have to wait another 10 days because this would be a new claim. Please help me I been out of work for over a month just now coming back to work due to me having a heart attack. That money was for my August bills. Now I can’t pay any of my bills. Until I receive a paycheck from work which will be in 2 weeks. My rent will be past due with accumulating late fees and my car payment will be way past due as ,well as my other bills. I have been treated so poor by the company bank and I need some help resolving this matter as soon as possible.

Suggested solution:

I need my money back and I need for my refund check to be overnight. As of today I have been waiting well over 10 days for this matter to be resolved.
