My complaint:

I was told after 10 years of Banking with Green Dot they needed me to verify my identity. I sent both sides of my drivers license to them. They then “closed” my account and I have no access to it at all ! You and your bank have $5,307.00 of my money and are refusing to release it to me . I want my money immediately!

Suggested solution:

Reopen my account so I have access to it or send my total amount of funds to me at my address on file.
