My complaint:

I bought card three days ago put 500 bucks on it to pay my loan for home purchase. How ever after registering with card and submitting my state ID to you so my identity is verify. However I cannot send the money to loan company although the funds are available. I called and talked as well as recorded your company representative ( jeramey). Who guaranteed on recording that my account would be able to send said money to my loan company this morning by 9:00 am. However is still not useable. I will be at fault on loan and lose it if I don’t send my payment at end of day. Now I recorded jeramey ( your associate) guaranteeing me I would be able to send money today. I can’t believe this company would guarantee a lie to a consumer. That would be considered false information and or fraudulent intention. I being in the legal field for living will report this to f.t.c. federal trade commission. Again I recorded everything.
