My complaint:
On June 2223 I had some unauthorized charges debited from my GO2Bank debit card through PayPal . Totally 393.88. I disputed this with Green DotGO2BANK only PayPal both. PayPal investigation deemed these charges unauthorized on July 8, while Green Dot denied the claim within 48 hours . Once someone disputes with their financial institution, PayPal is no longer responsible for any refunds . I refilled this case on July 12. It is now July 31 and I was suppose to receive a provisional credit on 726. Every single day I call I receive the same response that there isn’t an update from the investigation team regarding my credit . It is against Reg E mandate for me to not have received a credit yet.
Suggested solution:
They need to issue me my provisional credit
