My complaint:

Well I always been a customer of green dot I never used direct deposit at all but do to the fact my daughter receive ssi monthly benefits I decided to use them thinking it was safe an reliably wrong my daughter benefits came on the first of this month which in the document it said up to 4days early u can receive your money not true well I only removed 200 of the 520.00 an left the 300 cause didn’t need it at moment so maybe a week later I’m at grocery store an had to use cash when my card wasn’t working I’m like what its 300 on there so I called an they told me a block is on my card cause someone from another state tried to use my card I said what why wasn’t I informed about this I looked stupid at the grocery store an not only that my child has needs an I can’t get to the funds are u serious I have to send pic of my id for them to remove the block when I’m quite sure they new I’m in Florida not any place else right my information tells it all so why hold something without notice an its still there I will never use them again I’ll deal with mail

Suggested solution:

They should release my child benefits due to fact we wasn't notified by email nore phone or anything its been ruff this month with providing what she needs an eats an that's her money cause she has an disability that she have to deal with forever please release her funds she needs it its government funds your holding not fair at all
