My complaint:

Waited 2 hrs on hold to he told there is nothing they can do. Then I was txted and told they where fixing it. I still could not log on. It doesn’t tell me my account is canceled like everyone else, it’s like it don’t exist. I have an email from November where my card had a statement. I have called, txt, and emailed. At the point of being on hold this last time which was the 7th time I called and I was on for it over an hour and a half, no answer. At least they didn’t hang up on me like every other time but the first time. They txted and said it was mistake. I have so many hours put into this with no fucking answer from a human being. Do not waste your time or money with this scam of a company. No one speaks clear english, so even if you do get someone you can’t understand them. I’m calling every news outlet and paper I can. I’m spreading this all over social media and I will let every single person I ever come across that this company is a sham and you will never get answers or talk to a real person.

Someone needs to contact me and explain wtf is going on with all this. Activate my card so I can get my stimulus and you get your funky ass 10$
