My complaint:
Social security department told me they deposited my social security benifits into my account on june 1st and had told me that green dot excepted the deposit but they are denying that its in my account and arent releasing it to me. Also there was a unartherized transation they refuse to put back into my account
Suggested solution:
I believe they need to release my social security payment to me asap and also reinburse the unartherized transaction and i thank thats fair is that they pay me a fee for withholding my payments
