My complaint:

Somebody got a stoled my Wallet and use my turble tax card and withdrawl money out the a ATM multiple times they took out $1,400 and used my card in couple different stores.I contact green dot to cancel my card and ask if they can please send me a new one. I also file a dispute Claim.they told me that i was going to recive my New card 7 to 10 Buisness days.well to this day i still havent recieved .my new card, my claim was denied and i have a negative balance 0f $3000.i called them to ask them why i have a negative balance and they cant tell me why. I file a dispute claim again and green dot kept telling me that i was gona get my money in 20 days so 20 days went by and i didnt hear from the dispute department.so i would have to call and they kept telling me the same thing every time i would call them.green dot had me stressing because they didnt never kept me updated of my claim.they made me believe that my money was going to be return back to and finally after 63 days after i called them and they said my claim was denied.green dot is one of the worse banks ever they took my mney and they cant even be resplnsible to give me my money back.

Suggested solution:

They need to get me my money or at least tell me why my claim was denied.i have the right to know why myclaim was denied.because they took 65days reviewing my claim and they cant tell me whatthhey found in my investigation.alm they say is thatill begetting a letter kts been more then 90 days and still havent recieve no letter.
