My complaint:

I was supposed to receive my debit card on the 10th I signed up on October 28 for direct deposit. Here is the 13th and I still have not received my card. I keep being told that it’s at the post office and will be delivered tomorrow. I’ve been hearing that since Monday. Carl still not here and I have money sitting in that account that I need to get out. Nobody will help me get the information from the card so I can transfer the money to another account to get it and nobody will transfer the money for me to another account so that I may get it I am in a bad position right now I’ve been out of work for two months because of Covid I am about to be evicted from my apartment and I cannot afford to have this money tied up anymore and nobody wants to help or Cheers to do anything about it they just keep telling me it’s at the post office it’s at the post office well at the post office is in helping me I need a smarty transferred or I need the information from that debit card so that I may transfer myself and pay my rent so I’m not evicted this has been an absolute horrendous ordeal. Signing up with your people was the biggest financial mistake I have ever made in my life. So you know I also filed a complaint with the federal reserve against your institution. These are not the times to screw people over and play games and hold onto their money as far as I’m concerned you have stolen it

Suggested solution:

Either give me the information of the debit card that I never received so that I may go into the account, register it and transfer the money or you transfer the money for me. this is what needs to be done whatever needs to be done to get that money released to me is what needs to be done
