Complaint: cant access my card due to usernamepasswordinformationand unable to change my information so i can use it

My complaint:

my card issues with usernamespasswords email addressesphone numbersand unable to login because of this information being hacked and unable to access the codes for login,and a live person was very rude and refused to change my information i used to sign up with card so now im unable to get any codes to verify myself to log back in,the website has my card number etc,but it shows not active when its not expired yet and i cant reach a live agent by phone cuz im not given an option to speak to an agent website asks to call in to fix it but its not giving me the option for live agent

Suggested solution:

i think you need to give users the option to change and update their information for emailshome addresses and phone numbers so if they lose access to those numbersinformation they can log back into their accounts,and the live agents need to allow this option without a fight,so users like me who are disabled wont get upset and panic and have to use something else when they couldve used this card instead,all i need is to change my information on it so i can use it and i have this right and theres no law that allows you to not allow these options to users
