My complaint:

Due to Covid, my business received a loan from the SBA and was deposited into my GoBank (Green Dot Bank) account. They have frozen my account and will not let me access my funds. Since then, I have spoken to multiple customer representatives and they all said something different each time about what kind of verification they needed to unfreeze my account. I’ve asked multiple times to speak to a supervisor and apparently the supervisor “is busy” each time. I have also submitted the needed verifications to get my account unfrozen but even after a week they have done NOTHING. According to each representative, it should only take 2 days to get my account unfrozen but it has been a week. Green Dot Bank is a company that is not to be trusted. They will keep your funds and do whatever it takes to not give it to you. DO NOT USE THIS BANK.

Suggested solution:

Unfreeze my account so I can access my funds.
