My complaint:

My card expired in August of last year. I have emailed the documents requested 6 times. Four times this month on Jan. 7,13,15, and today. Still my account has not been updated and my new card replacement with my stimulus money on it. Yet they have taken out there fees from it for having an account in which I can’t use because Of there incompetent staff. I was on hold for over 45 minutes between the customer service person and waiting to be transferred to a supervisor. They won’t update any information online. Or over the phone. My account online is locked because of the address update needed. This is so frustrating. I do not recommend to anyone to use this card for income tax purposes or pay check purposes you will lose your money.

Suggested solution:

Over night my replacement card and return all fees charged to this card.
