My complaint:
I have been on the phone over four times this past week I can’t get in touch with Green Dot on the phone I call a representative picks up the phone and transfers me the phone call hangs up I’ve been on the phone several hours I’m having issues in my other bank account and it’s costing me $120 with overdraft fees I need this resolved if you could call me back at I need to get in my account right away and I can’t get through to member services online please contact me back this is an issue

I've spent several hours on the phone with Green Dot I get hung up on repeatedly it's been over 9 days that I can't get through I do not feel that my money secure and that account I need a replacement of the money that was lost due to overdraft fees at my other bank because I couldn't transfer money as I should have been able to I'm locked out of my card can't get into my car due to not having the same phone number or email all my new information is updated and you can't update your phone number on the Green Dot account cuz it don't have an option to so if you don't have your same phone number or your same email you're pretty much screwed out of the money locked in your vault
