My complaint:
So yes it’s been a few months since I’ve loaded any money to my account well the second stimulus check and It notified me that it was deposited into the same account as the first one so I then logged into my account and found out that it was closed and this account is linked to hrb matches everything up I have tried to contact them in many ways I get hung up on so now that I got notified that both check was deposited to this account I need to have access to that money asap
Suggested solution:
Give me my 1800 I can show proof the got loaded to my account
