My complaint:
Someone has opened up 2 Greed Dot cards using my name and Social Security number. I have tried to call customer service many times to no avail. They want me to enter my card number BUT i do not have those cards because someone ELSE used my information to open them.
Suggested solution:
You can fix this issue by deleting both cards and accounts entirely because that was NOT me who opened them.
