My complaint:
I purchased something through Amazon before Christmas and was over charged however I spoke with Amazon 4 times and they told me that that released my funds bank into my account. I finally talk to a representative after being hung up on 8 times and was told they see where Amazon released the funds bank into the account on December.20 2020 for the amount of $51.45 but the green dot rep couldn’t tell me why it wasn’t in my account or pending to my account instead of helping me she hung up on my face and everytime I get a rep they hang up too so at this point I just want my $51.45 along with the $4.44 thats already in my account and I will cancel the card and will never get one again
Suggested solution:
Put the $51.45 in my account so I can get all of my money off and cancel the card or just send me a check for my $51.45 along with my remaining balance
