My complaint:

I had an issue in March 2021 with my card. So they closed that card and sent me a new card so they say.. This is April 17th and still no card. Three times I called and they said the card was on its way,while I have no card they have no problem deducting they’re monthly fee even though I have no access to my money. Today they asked me did I go to the post office to check for the card when my mail is delivered to my home everyday. I told them to close my account and they told me I have to send them a copy of my ID and a bill from the house. I don’t know who the hell these people are they all sound like their out of the country and I’m not sending a copy of my ID to them. They didn’t ask for my ID to so call send me a new card I’ve haven’t received yet.

Suggested solution:

They should close my account cancel that monthly fee and put it back in my account since I wasn't able to use it through no fault of mine and send me a check for the balance to the address I have on my account.
