My complaint:
i bought a Walmart Money Card and put 500.00 on it Its been a year now i dont know it never got put on the card but its in a checking account in Green Dot Bank i gave them the account and routing number ok all that oit was right but i had forgotten the email adress i used .So they told me it wasnt mine but i have the reciept where and when i bought the card i can prove im Brenda Cogley i have a license{ drivers} they refuse to give me my 500.00 back
