My complaint:
Ordered and received a replacement debit card. Went to greendot.com like it said. Said it couldn’t activate and sent me to another page. Wasn’t able to activate there. Called the only number they have. It said to go to greendot.com to activate. LMAO. Phone sends to website and vice versa. I have my disability deposited here in 2 weeks. I will change banks after that.
Suggested solution:
Activate my replacement card. Is that so difficult? I've used the card almost 3 yrs. The card was wore out. They even ccharged me for a damaged card
