My complaint:

I have sent in three emails to close my account and to refund me my money since my account was hacked.
Account ending with 1545.
In the email I have included the appropriate documents I was told to send.
Each time I call I am told that either the email was not received or the documents were not received.
Now it is impossible to call in and speak with someone because the lines are static and keep going in and out.
I need my money and want it immediately.
