My complaint:
Greendot will not send me a card because my info was supposedly incorrect which is if I do not get my money for purchase refunded wrong so my purchase was declined by other company stati g its fraud . And this has been 5 days later I want my money back .
Suggested solution:
Greendot caused me to miss an appointment which I needed my order from other company and my money needs to be returned today . This is ridiculous I have emailed and called numerous times . I cant even speak to a live person at greendot the number hangs up on me . I am going to sue greendot
