My complaint:
I recently had to file my card lost or stolen and block it and I’m not able to get on the phone with a live person. I do not remember my username or password and I do not have the card to access my online account. The main menu or the green dot menu in general will not let me get ahold of anyone and it is not giving me any helpful information on what to do
Suggested solution:
Please email me or give me a direct line to contact customer service and speak to an actual person. Not the main general line since I have tried it numerous times already a gas gotten no where
