My complaint:
On Thursday December 17, 2020 i went to retrieve my check online to make a payment and found my card was block. I called customer service they issued another card in 3 days. When I activated the card and tried retrieve my money through an atm it was invalid. I called customer service they gave me the run around. On my final call I was told the issue was sent corporate and they won’t be back till the first of year. Now I have no money we in the middle of a pandemic and its the holidays. I have to wait another 2 weeks for another check. And have no money to get to work.
Suggested solution:
I need them to stop giving me the run around im going to a lawyer and going to sue them. I have bills I have to eat and get to work. This is emotional distress and im going to report every person I spoke to.
