My complaint:
My account got closed and my funds are still there. You guys are still taking a monthly fee while not allowing me to use my account! I kept contacting them and explaining that they were unemployment benefits and I’d rather close my account and they still decided to withhold my funds during a pandemic. I even sent my documents to close my account but when I called back they just gave me the same run around. They said I have to contact the nys department of labor and they couldn’t do anything since the block came from the department of labor but after waiting hours for a supervisor they told me they had no idea what happened.
Suggested solution:
They need to refund my money! I requested it through email and phone calls multiple times over 6 months.
