My complaint:
I received money from my pua for unemployment. Which I’ve been waiting for to pay my rent and bills. I received 7900 made one transaction for Father’s Day gift to my fiancé. Then went to pay bills and my accounts blocked I’ve been hung up on. Promised to have a supervisor call back nothing. Called back to rude non empathy customer service saying they’ll have corporate call back in 2 business days. Also sent in document requested to unlock the account.Plus I’ve had another 711 deposited and don’t see that in the account I’m on the verge of eviction due to this I’m a single mother plus raising a grandchild I’m furious!! Pls help me anyone!!!

Let me withdraw my funds or send a check ASAP retrain your customer service and let me speak to someone that will help me NOW
