My complaint:
I applied 170.00 to my green dot at a speedway so i could pay a few bills that are currently due. i receive a message saying 161.34 was taking off at a hotel in downtown lexington ky. I didnt stay at that hotel or approve it.
Suggested solution:
The money put back on my card. Im a single mother of 3 boys n really hurt from this. We really needed the money we are facing a cut off of our electric Wednesday morning. I have a very ill child cant be without. My number is. 8595516826. Please help ive cried so much.
