My complaint:

I’ve been waiting on a new card almost about 2 weeks and it haven’t been delivered yet. Every time I call to speak to an representative it won’t let me due to stimulus which is wrong especially when it keep saying it’s delivered at the post office and still haven’t came in.

Suggested solution:

Let me speak to a representative and not an automatic phone caller
