My complaint:
I originally bought a Green Dot prepaid card from the store and they were supposed to issued me out of Green Dot card that says my name and everything on it but I never received that card in the mail and I picked up some cash from Walmart and they told me they closed out my account and they closed out my account without my approval not only that they credited my account back for authorized disputes that I made on there and my money is not on my card and I have less amount on my card and I ain’t been able to use it so pretty much what I’m saying is the reason why I make you a plane is because Green Dot don’t know what I’m talking about when they do my money that’s in my account right now shouldn’t be that low because if I got money back for authorized if you transactions so that’s why I’m complaining and how we resolve it I want my money back
Suggested solution:
To have my money back or mail me a check or put it in my other bank account also they had told me that they gave me a dispute number and they said that all my disputes the money went back to my card and I never received the money because I how could I receive and use the money when my case was closed out after I picked up $180 off my account so I couldn\\\'t be able to use my card and I want this and I want my money back
