My complaint:
I haven’t used any card connect to my name in over 2 years. I have made it known to close the accounts but they put you their circles. I have cards I haven’t used in years with no activity and their still charging the card maintenance fee. I wrote emails to asking how does it make sense to charge a card when it hasn’t had one transaction in years. Refusing to answer but asking for numbers to cards I haven’t access or have. They won’t just go by social that’s attach to those cards and close them.
Suggested solution:
I want all my pre paid debit cards associate with this company Closed and all charges wipe off my accounts
