My complaint:
The visa card from Green Dot Bank yesterday does not work at all even though I put $200 in it Their card number is 4143 9084 9999 4617 ex 0725
Pin 279 with no other number.

Suggested solution:
Activate this card within 24 hours or I will go back to that 7-11 and demand the return of my $200 but I doubt that they will do that. If I hear nothing from Green Dot Bank I will file an online complaint with the State of California Department of Financial Institutions.
