My complaint:
I used an ATM to take out $500. It charges my account $503 vut did not dispense cash. Chase bank said they could do nothing. I called green dot and they said i had to MAIL the reciept. I can not wait two WEEKS to get back MY MONEY that was not disoersed by machine. I need my funds restored IMMEDIATELY!!!
Suggested solution:
GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY THAT WAS NOT PAID OUT IN THE ATM!!
