My complaint:
I have a greendot account. Noone had access to my account, i saw the transaction while it was pending. I called and begged then to cancel it. Was on hold over a hour while they went ahead and processed it. Tellingme they could cancel it at first then saying they could not. Today i get a email saying the transaction was processed today. Are the people at greendot actually the ones stealing money? Why the different answers? There’s no support whatsoever.
