Complaint from Greendot Blocking. Cards reported on 31 October 2020 about Green Dot Bank
Greendot blocked my card due to suspicion activity. I was trying to make an insurance payment. There was nothing suspicious about it. I call them and they keep hanging up on me. They said it would take 4 hours for my card to be unblocked. It makes no sense
Unblock my card right away. I shouldn't have to wait 4 hours for it to be unblocked.

3 years ago - As of 8:22 am Pacific time. This complaint has not been resolved. I am going to do everything I can and file a better business bureau case. This is so unacceptable. This is the only income I have at the moment. I need my money now.

3 years ago - As of Nov. 14 Green dot has not unblocked my card.
