My complaint:

My Green Dot account was hacked into and my Social Security was stolen $1,050 I made a dispute green. Return the money February 23rd that same day they got back into my account and green. Sent out two transactions for $500 a piece I made another dispute I just called up today 3rd of February it’s been denied I am not getting my money it was their fault they sent out those two transactions to two email addresses that I never authorized and they need to pay me my money back that is my Social Security money I am also a service-connected army veteran they’re rude they’re ignorant and they don’t know what they’re doing and they put you on hold for hours on end I want my money and I will go to the newspaper I will go to the news channels here in Florida and I will report them

Suggested solution:

They need to give me my money back and they need to give me an apology and they are incompetent and they're just as bad as the thief that stole my money because they sent it out to the thief without even checking to see if it was an unauthorized transaction to two email addresses that I don't even know incompetent ignorant people and they are patronising
