My complaint:

I have all my money in my vault and I wake up one morning to see that greendot has blocked my card. I called them only to be hung up on 5 times in a row. I was told that the corporate office will be giving me a call in 30 mins on 1 call, and in 2 business days on another call. Im yet to receive any call. It is 3 days until the first of the month when bills are due. This is terrible. I have been a customer for over a year. And this is how they repay me.

Suggested solution:

Just unlock my card so I can get my funds off. I dont care if you close the account after. I just need my money.
