My complaint:
My customer paid me on my Green dot account, I was about withdrawing the money when green dot blocked my account. I contacted their customer service and I was told to submit my driving license for review. I did that last week (03292021). I’m yet to get my account unlocked.
Please this is causing lot of problem for me.
Suggested solution:
Get my account unlocked
This happened to me about 2 yrs ago with about 900 dollars in the account.
I submitted my drivers license and called several times and still have not received my money.
