My complaint:
This card is a scam or worse. If you buy there card get ready for a major run around. You will be charged a fee by the business up front. You get you activation receipts for the activation. The clerk said to wait at least thirty minutes. Look at the small book of bullshit. It does say you have to go on line and build an account. You do then wait fo the thirty minutes. You try it no irk anywhere. You can in, you get someone who barley speaks English (first flag) they read a statement about mumble jumbo that basically says it takes one to two hours. You call back and you are wait 2 to 4 hours. You will get that over and over. After about twelve they say up to twenty four hours. You wait the twenty for hours and nothing. Called in again and was told this is only a temporary card. You’ll have to wait until they send your card. Could be seven to ten business days. Then shipping time. Maybe I’ll see a card in two to three weeks. In the meantime they have taken the monthly fee. Will I ever be able to use my money or is it gone.
Suggested solution:
To start with they do not say anything about this in the paper work so you don’t put your money in the business bank.
I think they should send my money back plus the two fees.
Or at least get a card that works.
Don’t do direct deposit. You will be screwed.
