My complaint:

On January 4th I used the bill pay feature on the greendot android app. I used the payment to send the money to my self being that I no longer had my old greendot card. It was a holiday weekend and I was impatient so tried all kinds of ways to send myself the money and after 2 whole days of doing anything I could to get my money I decided to use my PayPal and another greendot account to send the money to. Well the payment was removed from my account and not deposited into either of the other accounts and the phone support I don’t even want to get started on.

I just want my money honestly!
There is zero room for doubt on my part. I have access to both billing and paying accounts and no activity after greendot deducted the money from my account
