My complaint:

Purchased cards for my kids, Nieces and nephew. NONE can be activated but GD is taking fees. I have emailed, called, Reached out on FB….nothing

Suggested solution:

RETURN MY MESSAGES, ACTIVATE ALL CARDS AND CREDIT ALL CARDS THE FEES DEDUCTED!
