My complaint:
I am writing this mail regarding my complaint -SC240202354 which is registers on 6th Feb
Actually my Gas glass was broken himself we didn’t even touch the glass so I registered complaint after that technician visited our place for checking the issue and he also ed that this is manufacturing defect but when I tried to claim my warranty.
Mr Anuj Ji misbehave and talked very badly that he is not responsible to glass broken warranty claim.
So can you please help me this issue
