My complaint:
The past two orders I have received have come on Friday afternoons when they are scheduled to come on Thursday. Due to the delay, some of the produce has been poor quality and I was not able to complete two of the six meals. I will include a photo of the zucchini that got frozen somehow. I’m asking for a refund for one week of meals and asking that my deliveries are delivered on Thursday, not Friday.
Suggested solution:
Credit me for one week of meals, and be sure when my meals are delivered. They’re delivered on the day I’ve requested.
