My complaint:
3 food meals have been received, all 3 delivery was poor. 2 left outside a block of flats and 1 outside a bus stop….
The food was okay in 2 boxes, but terrible in another box (bad quality and smell).
After cancelling the account was reactivated by the customer care agent who I spoke to around the poor service. Now they are trying to charge me for a 4th box when I didn’t request, pay, ask for it.
Please use another service
Suggested solution:
Do not send me the food I do not want or did not ask for. Should be simple. Also never re-activate my account without my permission again.
