My complaint:
I had to sign up to view menus. I did so, then decided they were not for me. I followed unsubscribe instructions, and received an email saying successfully unsubscribed. Today I receive an email that my order is on way, small print in unsubscribe email says after unsubscribing you have to additionally contact customer service to separately cancel first box. This was not clear, very misleading and no customer support to talk to
