My complaint:
I got an email that my account was being terminated suddenly I contacted customer service to see if I could do anything. They told me they will do their best to solve the mistake and next thing I know my account is terminated and no response from go puff customer service nothing. I didn’t even get paid from my past monthly incomes total they kept my prop 22 income only paid me what I worked that week before the termination of my account.
Suggested solution:
Make a direct complaint to the company for not paying me my total monthly income that I earned and if they can rea statement my account. Because this is ridiculous
