My complaint:
Well it appears that goodwill in cornelia georgia closes at 7:30 PM even though the sign on the door says 8. The night closer comes on the intercom and started rushing customers out at 7:15. I am a long time customer of goodwill and because of this one keyholder I refuse to call her a manager cause she’s the rudest person on earth. I will not be going back to cornelia goodwill. If that’s how they treat their customers then they dont deserve my business. The process have gotten ridiculous as well. I mean come on, it was given to them and they are charging prices that are sometimes more than when the items were new.
Suggested solution:
They should rethink their management choices and staff. Maybe training in customer service.
