My complaint:
Items priced way too high. Production Manager refused to do any ad adjustment on price of canisters which should’ve been priced as a set. However I showed her how they were priced on line and each item was priced at least $10.00 each over the same items on market place and eBay.
Production manager also indicated that the person that prices those items was not there and would not be back until Monday. She indicated that she would talk to that person so that going forward the items would be priced better not too high.
However, that dose not help me. I am 68 years old and on a fixed income. I also am an avid Goodwill donor and shopper and spend hundreds of dollars at Goodwill. I am not the only one that feels Goodwill is pricing everything too high lately.
Suggested solution:
I would appreciate having the canisters that I bought to be reimbursed for the overcharge. The reimbursement can even be with an in-store credit. The lowest price on those canisters were five dollars apiece as you can see in one of my uploads.
