My complaint:
I am absolutely appalled that goodwill who’s website says passion, collaboration, INTEGRITY, stewardshop and compassion on their website page has a purse for $100.99 and a bag for $59.99 for sale in their store. This is a store that is known for receiving DONATED items. Many people that shop there are unable to afford retail and after seeing the prices of these two purses…wow just wow. I want goodwill to justify how they can charge that much money for items they received for FREE. I don’t care if they are name brand or not, they were FREE to you. Charging a standard price for something and if someone gets lucky and gets it great but you should not be pocketing that much money for something you got for free. SHAME ON YOU.
Suggested solution:
Be fair! That's all I ask. If you got it for free which you did then charge a fair price not a value price. Don't price gouge people. Stop pocketing all this extra money.
