My complaint:
I was at the drive thru on 2 24 2021 around 3:00pm and I ordered the cajun rice and coleslaw and I had to wait 30 minutes or more to get my food there was only 1 car ahead of me I expressed my concerns to the manager and she just shrug me off like she really didn’t care this isn’t how you should do your customers!!!!!!
Suggested solution:
Teach your employees to treat your customers better and to value the customer time
