I made a purchase of $44.00.
The order was missing a family chicken salad.
I sent my husband back after calling the restaurant and notifying.
We arrived and he went to the door the manager opened the door and he asked her, since my order was not complete can you toss in some rolls. The manager who refuses to provide a name and refuses to provide info on her district manager or corporate office said, “I don’t owe you shit!”, and slams the door.
Now, the 12 rolls I purchased were shoved into a bag and were completely mashed. The salad was gross.
The crazy thing is on our Neighborhood app, your restaurant is mentioned telling everyone to stay away from there.
The restaurant is gross, the employees are ghetto people that argue with customers in front of other customers, especially that evening female with a raspy voice who refuses to provide her name.
I really hope someone comes to rescue that restaurant. Because it’s the only one in the area that doesn’t have a line in the drive thru.
Because it is not managed properly.
The area there has a Taco Cabana, Panda, McDonalds and a Wendy’s and GC is the only one without a line.
Now, for a fact, the health department was notified of violations.
I hope you can rescue the restaurant and get rid of the trash you have running it!

Suggested solution:

Send a district manager and also review the comments that are made on the restaurant. There are so many negative comments.
If this was my restaurant I would get rid of everyone and start new.
Customer service skills training.
I don’t know why they don’t have name tags nor hair nets and they handle food and money without gloves.
